
Meet Noel Paradise

Noel received her Masters of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Teacher’s College, Columbia University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. She began her carrier working with medically complex children in an inpatient rehab facility and continued working as a medical SLP with adults with neurogenic speech and language disorders and dysphagia in inpatient acute rehab, and skilled nursing facilities across Northern New Jersey and New York. She later transitioned into schools where she has extensive experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse children with an array of pediatric speech and language disorders, including autism spectrum disorder, receptive and expressive language disorders, social communication, articulation, fluency, voice, and resonance. Noel is passionate about providing holistic, culturally sensitive pediatric therapy using a family-centered approach to assessments and interventions. She has specific interest in autism, Augmentative Alternative Communication devices, executive function and international non-profit speech outreach. Noel is certified in both New York and New Jersey. When she's not working with her clients, she enjoys reading biographies, cooking and traveling with her family.
