Our Services
We support children of all ages develop essential communication skills, including articulation, fluency, expressive, receptive language and social communication skills. Through personalized, play-based, engaging sessions, we support children in overcoming their communication challenges and empowering them to express themselves confidently.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
During your initial consultation, you will be asked a series of questions regarding your child and your specific concerns. This session provides a platform for you to ask any questions, ensuring you are well-informed and comfortable with the process.
If your child has previously undergone evaluations or is currently receiving therapy at school, we will request a copy of the written report outlining their history, goals, and progress to better inform our approach.
EVALUATION
We offer personalized speech-language therapy evaluations designed to address your child's specific needs. By collaborating with parents and teachers, we create an individualized approach to support their communication development.
The evaluation serves as the foundation for effective therapy. It involves parent questionnaires, standardized and non standardized testing, and informal observations of your child's interactions. Afterward, you will receive a detailed written report outlining the findings.
Working together with your family, we develop a customized treatment plan with targeted therapy goals and recommendations, ensuring your child receives the best possible support. Evaluations typically take 1-3 hours.
TREATMENT
If therapy is recommended, we will develop a personalized treatment plan in collaboration with you. Additionally, we will provide guidance on how to support your child's progress both at home and in the classroom.
Therapy sessions are generally scheduled for either 30 or 60 minutes.
