We are an out-of network practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, we are happy to provide detailed out-of-network insurance statements (superbills) that you can submit for reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network coverage. We strongly recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm your eligibility and reimbursement rates.
